Speed up your video or audio people!!
One of my biggest challenges was always watching long tutorial videos or Audio books at 1x regular speed
My brother Jeff Thornton Jeff Thornton challenged me to start increasing my audio to increase the efficiency and learning.
I am happy to say I am consuming and retaining more content at a faster pace and it is definitely worth trying to get you through those longer audiobooks and YOUTUBE videos without the incessant skipping forward
