The best way to do a project for construction new builds would to pay for x amount of hours of the Video person per month to use on video productions.

You would be use that time however you want, but scheduling at lease 48 hours in advance would be best way to make sure everyone schedules are aligned.

Most of my clients feel this is the easiest simplest for them.
Basically a PAY PER USE type of payment plan.
